The Event Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation and development of concepts – we want to learn EVERYTHING about your brand. This is what separates us from the most of our competition out there. They don’t offer the meticulously intricate service of research and development to ensure the success of your event.
Here’s the stuff we pride ourselves on behind the scenes: We study your brief to ensure all touch points are on-brand; we identify the target audience; we play around with concepts to ensure it’s The One. Only then do we begin working on a strategy to ensure a seamless execution. There is nothing worse than something that is poorly researched and executed, so we will ensure with our processes, that this does NOT occur.
During the planning process, we firstly gain insight into the brand, and the clear business purpose. We do this through our project brief of which asks a series of questions for us to drill down and ensure the key objectives are undoubtedly understood.
